It is interesting to consider that, for the first time in history, four generations-- Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Y will be working together in the workplace. As more agencies/companies build working-teams it is possible to have all four generations working together. Building alliances across the generations with diverse work values may be challenging. On the positive side, working in diverse teams comprised of different thoughts/opinions may eliminate group think. In the long-run, this may show the way to better problem solving, enhanced innovation and improved performance.
