Exciting news for those who live in the world of Unemployment Insurance!  Even though the announcement is a little late for our community, it's better late than never, right?

So, getting to the point...Region 1's looking forwarding to the output from all the innovative projects approved from the FY 2009 Supplemental Budget Request.  Like Rhode Island's Unemployment Insurance instructional video or Vermont, ConnecticutNew York, and Rhode Island's Enhanced Call Center.  Please check out the uploaded excel spreadsheet entitled FY 2009 SBRs.  Perhaps, you can pair up with another state to help you in your project design...because, honestly, why reinvent the wheel if you don't have to?

Oh, and please welcome two new states: Puerto Rico and Vermont to our Reemployment and Eligibility Assessment grant fold.  For our new REA states, feel free to reach out to our reemployment community @ for REA PowerPoint’s and best practices.
